4. Supported Currencies & Minimum Deposit

We currently accept the following currencies: EUR, GBP, BTC, ETH, USDT, DOGE, LTC.

The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR or GBP.

5. Fees, Taxes & Financial Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any taxes or fees arising under your local laws due to your gaming activity or winnings. In cases of no bets placed, Winplace Casino reserves the right to recoup any transaction charges if a withdrawal is requested.

6. Game Conduct & Disclaimers

7. Account Policies

• Only one account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accounts must be used only for personal purposes. Sharing access with others is forbidden.
• Notifications regarding IP address conflicts or document verification are final.
• Upon request, players must submit valid identifying documents (e.g., national ID, utility bill). Failure to comply or suspicious discrepancies may lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds.

8. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We maintain a zero–tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to collusion, use of forged documents, advantage play, chargebacks, and exploiting system vulnerabilities.

In such cases, Winplace Casino may withhold payouts, terminate accounts, and cooperate with regulatory bodies, at its sole discretion.

Players must report any system errors immediately. Any unauthorized gains due to such errors may be recovered, and players may be held liable for related costs.

Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. For suspected money laundering, a 3x wagering requirement may be enforced. Replace-By-Fee (RBF) crypto transactions may lead to account suspension.

9. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: 20 EUR/GBP.
• Withdrawals also require a minimum of 20 EUR/GBP; maximum amounts depend on the method selected.
• Withdrawal processing may be subject to identity verification. False or incomplete information may result in denial or suspension of transactions.
• Withdrawal limits (per period):

• Base limit: 3,000 EUR/GBP weekly; 15,000 EUR/GBP monthly;
• Lifetime deposits over 2,500 EUR/GBP raise limits to 5,000 weekly; 20,000 monthly;
• Lifetime deposits over 30,000 EUR/GBP raise weekly limit to 7,500; monthly to 30,000;
• Lifetime deposits over 100,000 EUR/GBP raise weekly limit to 20,000; monthly to 120,000.

All progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full regardless of limits. Monthly limits reset on the first day each month.

10. Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals for 90 consecutive days will be classified as “dormant.” Winplace Casino reserves the right to close such accounts and retain the balance. Reactivation may be possible by contacting support.

11. Responsible Gaming

We actively monitor play for signs of problem gambling. Indicators such as frequent large deposits, extended sessions, or requests for higher limits may prompt account closure to protect the player. Winplace Casino may act under its internal policies to ensure safe and responsible gaming.
